Purity Flexpack Ltd Amends Memorandum of Association

Purity Flexpack Ltd announced that its members have approved an amendment to the object clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA). This alteration, approved on September 5, 2026, involves inserting new sub-clauses (6D to 6F) into clause III(A). These additions expand the company's business scope to include manufacturing and dealing in a wider range of products such as soaps, cosmetics, perfumes, paper products, laminates, packaging materials, and various rubber and plastic goods. The alterations are subject to registration with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
