Purohit Construction Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the intimation for holding the 40th Annual General Meeting and to approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The company had previously informed the exchange that as per its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from January 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the third quarter.
