Purple Agrotech Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Purple Agrotech Industries Ltd (Formerly known as Purple Entertainment Limited) has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
