Purple Entertainment Ltd Closes Trading Window Under SEBI Regulations

Purple Entertainment Ltd, formerly known as Purple Agrotech Industries Limited, has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course. All designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the Trading Window Closure Period.
