
Purple Finance approves ₹15 Cr NCDs & ₹20 Cr loan portfolio sale
Purple Finance Ltd's Finance Committee, in a meeting on September 22, 2026, approved the issuance of up to 15,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, INR Denominated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of ₹10,000 each, aggregating up to ₹15 Crores. These NCDs will be issued for cash, at par, on a Private Placement Basis in one or more tranches, within the company's existing borrowing limits. Additionally, the committee approved the sale of a part of the company's loan portfolio aggregating up to ₹20 Crores. It also revised a previously approved portfolio sale from ₹8.74 Crores to ₹12 Crores. Both loan portfolio sales will be conducted via the Direct Assignment route, with a 90:10 participation ratio, and Purple Finance will continue to act as the servicer for these loans.
