Purple Style Labs Limited has adopted a Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) in compliance with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. This code, approved by the Board of Directors, aims to ensure timely and fair disclosure of UPSI to maintain transparency and prevent misuse. The code is now available on the company's investor relations website.
