Purple Wave Infocom Ltd. Approves Incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiaries in India & UAE, ESOP Scheme, and CEO Resignation

Purple Wave Infocom Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company in India named 'Nano Theatre Private Limited' and a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates. The board also approved the introduction and implementation of an Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) and accepted the resignation of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Shaurya Jitendra Somani, effective April 1, 2026.
