Purple Wave Infocom Signs 5-Year Digital Screens Deal

Purple Wave Infocom Limited has entered into a five-year Digital Screens-as-a-Service (DSaaS) Agreement with Vexto Commercials Pvt. Ltd. The agreement, valued at ₹7.50 Lakh per month (inclusive of GST), will involve the deployment and management of integrated digital display and technology solutions at Neo Square, Gurugram. The scope includes indoor and outdoor LED screens, lift-lobby displays, Hygi Air systems, digital vending kiosks, and cloud-based content management software. This strategic move strengthens Purple Wave's focus on recurring-service and technology-as-a-service business models, providing a stable, long-term revenue stream.
