Prabhusar Algotech Acquires 6.68% Stake in Purshottam Investofin

Prabhusar Algotech Private Limited and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 4,95,604 equity shares, representing 6.68% of the paid-up equity share capital of Purshottam Investofin Limited. The acquisition was made through the open market. Prior to this transaction, the acquirer's holding was 12.91% (9,58,483 shares). Post-acquisition, their total holding stands at 19.59% (14,54,087 shares). The total equity share capital of Purshottam Investofin Limited is INR 7,42,32,950, comprising 74,23,295 equity shares of INR 10 each.
