Prabhusar Algotech Acquires 7.72% Stake in Purshottam Investofin

Prabhusar Algotech Private Limited, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) Pramod Kumar Jain and Vinita Jain, has acquired 5,72,869 equity shares, representing 7.72% of the paid-up equity share capital of Purshottam Investofin Limited. The acquisition was made through the open market. Prior to this transaction, the acquirers held 385,614 shares, amounting to 5.19% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, their total holding increased to 9,58,483 shares, constituting 12.91% of the total equity share capital. The total paid-up equity share capital of Purshottam Investofin Limited is INR 7,42,32,950, comprising 74,23,295 equity shares of INR 10 each.
