Pure Spiritss Limited has acquired 3,87,353 equity shares, representing 5.22% of the paid-up equity share capital of Purshottam Investofin Limited. The acquisition was made through the open market. Prior to this transaction, Pure Spiritss Limited held no shares in Purshottam Investofin Limited. The total equity share capital of Purshottam Investofin Limited before and after the acquisition remains INR 7,42,32,950/-, consisting of 74,23,295 equity shares of INR 10/- each.
