Pushpsons Industries Appoints R. Verma & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Pushpsons Industries Limited has appointed M/s. R. Verma & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor. This appointment fills a casual vacancy arising from the resignation of M/s. Ritu Gupta & Co. M/s. R. Verma & Associates will serve to fill the casual vacancy from August 13, 2026, until the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26. Subsequently, they have been appointed as the statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 32nd AGM (September 29, 2026) until the conclusion of the 37th AGM in 2031. The firm has over 40 years of experience and expertise in various audit and accounting domains.
