Evervie Health LOI for 10 LINAC Systems worth $11-15M

Evervie Health Limited (formerly PVP Ventures Ltd) has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Elekta Solutions AB, Sweden, for the proposed procurement of ten (10) HARMONY linear accelerator (LINAC) systems. The deal value is expected to be between USD 11 to 15 million, with payment proposed in Swedish krona (SEK). The systems will be operated by the company's subsidiary, Optimus Oncology Private Limited. The LOI is subject to the execution of a definitive Purchase and License Agreement, necessary approvals, and financing. The company also announced the launch of its new official website, https://everviehealth.com, following its name change. The proposed delivery period is phased, with completion tentatively by October 2028.
