PVR INOX Completes Sale of Subsidiary Zea Maize to Marico Limited

PVR INOX Limited has announced the completion of the sale of its entire shareholding in its subsidiary, Zea Maize Private Limited, to Marico Limited. The subsidiary, which owns the brand '4700BC', was sold for 93.27% of its paid-up equity share capital. The transaction was approved in January 2026 and completed on January 29, 2026, resulting in Zea Maize Private Limited ceasing to be a subsidiary of PVR INOX Limited.
