PVV Infra Ltd. Announces 100 MW Solar Power Project, 109 MW EPC Contract, and Expansion in Renewable Energy Sector

PVV Infra Ltd. has announced authorization for a 100 MW solar power project in Uttar Pradesh, to be undertaken in joint venture with M/s. NACOF OORJA PRIVATE LIMITED. The project will have a cost of approximately 384 Crores and an annual revenue of 53 Crores. Additionally, PVV Housing Private Limited, a subsidiary of PVV Infra Limited, is finalizing and executing the EPC contract for a 109 MW solar power project in Uttar Pradesh. The Company is also expanding its presence in the Renewable Energy sector through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). The unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2025 have been approved and uploaded on the company's website.
