PVV Infra Secures ₹2.49 Cr Annual Lease Rent for MP Wayside Amenities

PVV Infra Limited has received two Letters of Award (LOA) from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) for the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of Wayside Amenities (WSA) on a DBOT basis in Madhya Pradesh. The combined annual lease rent for these two projects is ₹2,49,44,950. The first LOA is for NH-44, Gwalior–Jhansi Corridor, Dabra, with an annual lease rent of ₹73,40,000. The second LOA is for NH-752D, Ujjain–Garoth Corridor, Dhanodiya, with an annual lease rent of ₹1,76,04,950. The company also has four other bids for WSA sites in Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh that are currently in the financial bid opening stage. PVV Infra aims to expand its participation in the WSA infrastructure segment.
