PVV Infra Ltd. has announced a strategic investment in renewable energy projects by entering into a Letter of Intent with Aqua Dynamics Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. The company will initially acquire a 49% equity stake in Aqua Dynamics, with the remaining 51% to be acquired upon successful project completion. The total project cost is estimated at 330 Crores, to be fully funded by PVV Infra Limited. The project is expected to be completed by March 2026, with revenue generation anticipated to commence from April 2026. This investment reflects PVV Infra’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the renewable energy sector. In addition, the company has appointed Mr. Nitin Sinha as an Additional Director under the Executive director category with effect from 5th September 2025.
