QGO Finance Redeems ₹1 Cr Unsecured NCDs

QGO Finance Ltd has successfully redeemed 100 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, totaling ₹1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore). The redemption, including principal and applicable interest, was paid on July 16, 2026. This action is in line with the terms of the NCDs issued on December 28, 2020, for a tenure of 7 years. The NCDs were originally allotted on a private placement basis. The redemption follows the completion of the lock-in period on December 27, 2024, after which the NCD holder requested redemption.
