Quality Power Electrical Equipments Ltd, a leading entity in critical energy, transition equipment and power technologies, has reported the highest ever quarterly total revenues of 1,941 million for Q1 FY2026, a 143.6% and 49.4% Y-o-Y and Q-o-Q growth respectively. The company also achieved the highest ever quarterly EBITDA of 310 million, up by 31.6% and 90.4% Y-o-Y and Q-o-Q respectively. The company has an order backlog of over 7,750 million, has entered into a binding term sheet to jointly acquire Sukrut Electric Company Pvt. Ltd, and has acquired 26% stake in Nebeskie Labs through its subsidiary. The company has also secured a marquee order for the design, manufacture, and supply of 500KV, 250MVAr air-core dry-type smoothing reactors for the Rihand-Dadri HVDC project. The company is also planning an expansion at its Bhiwadi plant and exploring a new greenfield facility or acquisition opportunity.
