Quality Power Sets Record Date for AGM and FY26 Dividend

Quality Power Electrical Equipments Ltd has announced the record date for its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The record date is set for Tuesday, 22nd September 2026. Shareholders whose names appear in the company's register by the end of business hours on this date will be eligible for the dividend, provided it is approved at the AGM. The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, 29th September 2026. The book closure period will be from Wednesday, 23rd September 2026, to Tuesday, 29th September 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before 28th October 2026.
