Cemantic Infra-Tech Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q3 and Nine Months Ended on 31st December, 2025

Cemantic Infra-Tech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. The closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, 01 January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025 for the Designated/ Connected Persons and relatives of Designated/Connected Persons. All Designated Persons have been intimated not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period as per the Code.
