Cemantic Infra-Tech Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Cemantic Infra-Tech Limited (Formerly known as Quantum Build-Tech Limited), a company based in Hyderabad, has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the Company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01 April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31% March, 2026 for the Designated / Connected Persons and relatives of Designated/Connected Persons. The decision has been made to prevent insider trading and ensure fair practices in the securities market.
