Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd Renames to Quantum Greentech Ltd

Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd held its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) where several key resolutions were passed. These include the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26, re-appointment of Mrs. Priyanka Pradyumna Tiwari as Director and Non-Executive Woman Director, and the appointment of M/s. Arvind Baid & Associates as Statutory Auditors. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Himalay Panna Dassani as Managing Director. Significant business expansions were sanctioned, including alterations to the Memorandum of Association for new activities, formation/acquisition of subsidiaries, creation of charges, and borrowing powers exceeding statutory limits. Notably, the company approved a name change to 'Quantum Greentech Limited' and a substantial increase in authorized share capital from ₹25 Crores to ₹100 Crores.
