Quess Corp FY26 Revenue Up 2% to ₹15,305 Cr; EBITDA Jumps 19%

Quess Corp Limited's Chairman presented at the 19th AGM, highlighting a 2% YoY revenue growth to ₹15,305 crore and a significant 19% YoY increase in EBITDA to ₹312 crore for FY26. The company achieved a 2.0% EBITDA margin, up from 1.8% in FY25. Adjusted PAT grew 10% to ₹230 crore, with Adjusted EPS rising 9% to ₹15.4. The company reported zero debt with ₹271 crore net cash and declared a total dividend of ₹11 per share for FY26, amounting to ₹165 crore distributed. Q1 FY27 performance shows a strong start with 15% YoY revenue growth and 21% EBITDA growth. General Staffing remains the largest segment, while Professional Staffing and Overseas Business show strong profit contribution growth.
