Ampvolts Ltd Signs Expression of Interest with Cab-eez Infra Tech Limited for 500 Electric Cars

Ampvolts Ltd has signed an expression of interest with Cab-eez Infra Tech Limited, a Fleet Company, for the purchase of 500 electric cars. The cars will be procured from the Manufacturer and/or Authorised Dealer of the Manufacturer on behalf of Cab-eez Infra Tech Limited. Post the purchase, the cars will be leased out to Cab-eez Infra Tech Limited for use in its fleet. This is subject to the approval of the members at the conclusion of the Postal Ballot for the amendment of the object clause of the Memorandum of Association.
