Quick Heal Board Approves Financial Results, Appoints Auditors & KMP

Quick Heal Technologies Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 27, 2026, approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company's statutory auditors, M S K A & Associates LLP, issued an unmodified Limited Review Report on these results. Additionally, the Board appointed Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, Mr. Shailesh Shinde as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel, and a Nodal Officer.
