Aarcon Facilities Board Approves Unaudited Q2 FY27 Results

Aarcon Facilities Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The board also reviewed the limited review report on these results. Additionally, Mr. Akshay Harshvadan Sheth was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive- Independent) subject to member approval. The composition of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Vigil Mechanism Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee was reconstituted following new director appointments.
