R K Swamy Ltd Announces Re-appointment of Three Independent Directors and a Whole-time Director

R K Swamy Ltd announced the re-appointment of three Independent Directors, Mr. T. T. Srinivasaraghavan, Mrs. Nalini Padmanabhan, and Mr. Rajiv Vastupal Mehta, for a second term. The company also announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Sangeetha Narasimhan as a Whole-time Director for a period of five consecutive years. The re-appointments are subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
