R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems Ltd has announced the record date for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date is set for September 23, 2026. Shareholders as of this date will be eligible to attend and vote electronically at the AGM and will be entitled to receive the final dividend, subject to shareholder approval. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of approval, after tax deductions, to beneficial owners holding shares in electronic form.
