R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems Ltd has announced the revised Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to receive Bonus Equity Shares. The Record Date is now set for 10th April 2026 (T Day). The deemed date of allotment of the Bonus Equity Shares will be the next working day following the Record Date, i.e., 13th April 2026. This announcement follows the earlier intimation dated 28th February 2026.
