R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems Ltd. announced the completion of the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Brahmanand Pipes Private Limited (BPPL). The acquisition was completed in accordance with the terms and conditions approved by the Board. BPPL is a private limited company engaged in the manufacture, storage, distribution of pipes, transportation services & Agri allied business. The acquisition is strategically aimed at undertaking a major manufacturing expansion, increasing the Company’s overall production capacity by approximately 50%.
