Raaj Medisafe India: Vishnu Jajoo HUF Transfers 1.35% Shares

Vishnu Jajoo HUF has disclosed the transfer of 2,21,693 equity shares, representing 1.35% of the total share capital, in Raaj Medisafe India Ltd via an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. The transfer was between promoter group entities. The disclosure under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, confirms that the aggregate holding of the Promoter and Promoter Group remains unchanged as a result of this transaction.
