Raajmarg Infra InvIT Valuation at ₹10,053 Cr

Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust (InvIT) has disclosed its latest valuation report as of June 30, 2026. The independent valuer, RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP, has determined the enterprise valuation to be ₹10,053.0 Crore. Consequently, the Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit stands at ₹109.79. The report details total assets of ₹10,327.60 Crore and total liabilities of ₹3,739.93 Crore, resulting in net assets of ₹6,587.67 Crore across 60.00 million outstanding units. The InvIT manages five road projects monetized by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
