Raasi Refractories Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Raasi Refractories Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Moganti Sundeep & Associates as the company's Secretarial Auditor. This appointment was confirmed by the shareholders at the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The tenure of the appointment is for five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 44th AGM until the conclusion of the 49th AGM in 2031. The firm, led by Mr. Sundeep Moganti, will oversee secretarial audit and related compliance matters.
