Race Eco Chain Appoints New Statutory Auditors and Re-appoints MD

Race Eco Chain Ltd announced key board decisions including the appointment of M/s. Akshay Singhla & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Modi Harsh & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY2026-2027. Additionally, Mr. Sunil Kumar Malik was re-appointed as Managing Director for three years from October 2, 2026. The company also approved the Annual Report for FY2025-2026 and set the AGM date for September 26, 2026. The board meeting also considered and approved the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
