Race Eco Chain Ltd has appointed Mr. Sujeet Thakur as Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 30, 2026. The appointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on the same date. Mr. Thakur brings 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounts to the role.
