Race Eco Chain Ltd has approved the incorporation of a Joint Venture Company in collaboration with M/s. Ganesha Ecosphere Limited for setting up the washing plants for producing pet flakes. The JV company, Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited, will have an authorized share capital of INR 10,00,00,000 and will be a subsidiary of Race Eco Chain Ltd.
