Rachit Prints Ltd. Boosts Production Capacity by 47% with Commissioning of 6 New High-Speed Knitting Machines

Rachit Prints Ltd. has completed the installation and commissioning of 6 new high-speed double jersey circular knitting machines at its manufacturing facility, significantly enhancing its production capacity. The new machinery, comprising of 4 High Speed Double Jersey Circular Knitting Machines (1.6EE) with a daily production capacity of 800 meters, 3 High Speed Double Jersey Circular Knitting Machines (1.6E) with a daily production capacity of 1,500 meters, and 1 High Speed Double Jersey Circular Knitting Machines 2.4 with a daily production capacity of 700 meters, has increased the company's total installed capacity of knitting machines from 17 to 23. This expansion has resulted in a daily production capacity increase from approximately 6,300 meters per day to approximately 9,300 meters per day, effective from December 1, 2025. This capacity expansion is expected to substantially augment the company's supply capabilities, enhance operational efficiencies, and support the growing business requirements of existing and prospective customers.
