Rachit Prints Ltd: Siddharth Gupta Appointed Independent Director

Rachit Prints Limited announced at its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026, the approval of Mr. Siddharth Gupta's change in designation from Additional Director to Director (Independent Director). He will serve a term of up to five consecutive years commencing May 25, 2026. The AGM also approved the re-appointment of M/s Lal Ghai & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31. The meeting took place from 4:00 PM to 4:22 PM.
