Radaan Mediaworks Appoints Rahhul Sarath and Uma.M as Additional Directors

Radaan Mediaworks India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rahhul Sarath as Additional Director (Executive) and Mrs. M. Uma as Additional Director (Independent). The appointments are effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Rahhul Sarath, son of Mr. R. Sarathkumar and Mrs. Radikaa Sarathkumar, brings expertise in data analysis and business intelligence. Mrs. M. Uma has a background in corporate law, MBA, and engineering, with experience in supply chain and logistics. The board also reconstituted the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and noted observations from NSE regarding a delay in compliance, which has since been rectified.
