Radaan Mediaworks India Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q4 2025

Radaan Mediaworks India Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, has announced the closure of the trading window for all promoters, directors, officers, other designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from 01% January 2026 and is due to the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31% December 2025. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results.
