Radhagobind Commercial Ltd: 12th COC Meeting on Nov 4, 2026

Radhagobind Commercial Ltd has announced that its Twelfth Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting will be held on November 4, 2026, via audio-visual means. The meeting, chaired by Resolution Professional Mr. Najeeb T P, will cover several critical agenda items. These include noting leave of absence for members, inviting operational creditors as observers, ratifying minutes of the previous meeting, discussing CIRP costs and interim finance, and reviewing progress of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). A key focus will be on discussing received Resolution Plans, finalizing the voting procedure, and voting on the approval of a Resolution Plan under Section 30(4) of the IBC. The CoC will also consider setting up a Monitoring Committee, note liquidation cost estimates and liquidator's fees, and discuss regulatory fees payable to IBBI. The outcome of the meeting will be communicated to the stock exchanges as per SEBI regulations.
