Radhe Developers India Ltd has announced the commencement of its remote e-voting facility, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies Act, 2013. The e-voting period will be from September 16, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to September 18, 2026, 5:00 p.m. Shareholders as of the cut-off date, September 13, 2026, can cast their votes electronically. Mr. Alkesh Jalan, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer to ensure a fair and transparent voting process.
