The company has proposed to set up and develop a luxurious resort at Derol on the river bank of Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Board of Directors has approved the Preferential Issue of Equity Shares to the promoter and promoter group of the company at an Issue Price of Rs. 4.25/- per share, subject to the approval of members in the General Meeting and other statutory and regulatory approvals. The company has also appointed M/s. Jalan Alkesh & Associates, Practising Company Secretary, Ahmedabad, as the scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting process for the proposed EGM of the company.,
