Radico Khaitan Appoints CFO as Whole-time Director

Radico Khaitan Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Dilip Kumar Banthiya, currently the Chief Financial Officer, as an Additional Director in the category of Whole-time Director, designated as "Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer". This appointment is for a period of 3 years, effective October 28, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Saket Somani, Senior Vice President- Finance & Strategy, has been designated as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, also effective October 28, 2026. Mr. Banthiya brings over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, while Mr. Somani has around 20 years of experience in finance and strategy.
