Radico Khaitan Ltd Holds 42nd AGM on August 7, 2026

Radico Khaitan Ltd conducted its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, August 7, 2026, at its registered office in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. The meeting, chaired by Dr. Lalit Khaitan, Chairman & Managing Director, covered several key agenda items. These included the adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a dividend for the same period. The AGM also addressed the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Khaitan as a Director and the re-appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term. The remuneration of the Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27 was also ratified. Members were provided with remote e-voting facilities and ballot papers for voting.
