Radico Khaitan to Invest in D’YAVOL Spirits, Set to Launch Luxury Tequila

Radico Khaitan Limited, a leading Indian alcoholic beverage company, has approved a strategic investment and partnership with D’YAVOL Spirits B.V. and D’YAVOL Spirits Private Limited. The Board of Directors has agreed to acquire 47.5% equity stake in each entity and execute Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreements. The partnership aims to launch a luxury tequila, with Radico Khaitan becoming the largest shareholder and responsible for worldwide marketing, trading, and distribution of premium spirits. The total investment is up to Rs. 40 Crores. This venture will build internationally relevant, bottled-in-origin luxury brands for Indian and global consumers, addressing the fast-growing Tequila industry and other niche categories in the future.
