Raghav Productivity Enhancers Ltd enters JV with TRLK

Raghav Productivity Enhancers Ltd (RPEL) announced its Board of Directors has approved entering into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited (TRLK). The JV aims to establish a silica ramming mass manufacturing unit in Odisha. RPEL will hold an 80% stake, and TRLK will hold 20%. The JV company will focus on the development, manufacturing, sales, and distribution of silica ramming mass, targeting the East India market. RPEL will contribute its patented silica processing technology, while TRLK will supply quartzite stone from its mines. The planned capacity is 3,50,000 MTPA. This venture is expected to strengthen RPEL's market presence in East India by leveraging TRLK's raw material resources and regional presence.
