Raghuvansh Agrofarms Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window till 48 hours after FY2025-26 Audited Financial Results

Raghuvansh Agrofarms Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the financial results will be intimated separately.
