Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd Intimates Shareholders of E-Voting Facility for Upcoming EGM

Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd, with scrip code 514316, has informed its shareholders about the provision of remote E-Voting facility for the exercising of their right to vote on resolutions during the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled on 25th April 2026. The company has entered an agreement with NSDL for this purpose. The remote E-voting will commence on 22nd April 2026 at 9.00 a.m. and end on 24th April 2026 at 5.00 p.m. Only members whose names are recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date (17th April 2026) are entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting or voting in the General Meeting.
